Freestyle motocross riders will fly off ramps to pull off daring flips, turns and jumps at the “Night of the Jumps” 2017 FIM Freestyle MX World Championship, which will be held at the Shenzhen Sports Center from Nov. 10 to Nov. 11.
As a one-of-a-kind competition known for its demanding moves, elite competitors, large scale and long history, the first “Night of the Jumps” FIM Freestyle MX World Championship was held in Germany in 2001. Since then, this top-tier championship has held more than 1,000 major events in more than 20 countries all over the world. FIM is welcomed by Shenzheners since its first visit in 2014 and is recognized as one of the “Shenzhen City Futian District Top Ten Cultural and Sports Projects of The Year.”
Freestyle motocross, also known as FMX, is an entertainment sport in which motorcycle riders fly off ramps at high speed to impress audiences with jumps, stunts and other moves. This time, there are 12 "world top 20" riders from 12 countries competing in Shenzhen.
Overlooking a field of dirt-covered ramps on which competitors perform back flips, 360's, and other stunts at high speeds while on their motorcycles, these death-defying stunts will surely provide you an incomparable night.
