The Sixth China Information Technology Expo, a top IT exhibition in Asia, will be held at Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center next week.
Under the theme of Intelligent Era Smart Life, the exhibition, which will open April 9, will occupy all nine exhibition halls, covering 105,000 square meters, to showcase the latest technologies and solutions in the intelligent manufacturing, smart home, IC, IoT, clouding computing, big data, and artificial intelligence sectors.
There will be 2,000 exhibitors and 100,000 professional visitors participating in the three-day exposition. Leading enterprises including CEC, CETC, Lenovo, and Han’s Laser, as well as other chip developers, intelligent home enterprises and phone makers will be in attendance.
The expo will also see the release of 5,000 new products and technologies, and 100 seminars pertaining to the IT industry will be held.
A forum on the digital economy will kickstart the three-day forum. A dozen of heavyweight speakers including Chen Fuyang, CEO of Broadcom Corp., Zhao Weiguo, chairman with Unis Group, Lai Weide, chairman with Skyworth Group and Liu Jun, president of Lenovo’s China division will share their experience in IT development in the new era.
The expo is hosted by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the Shenzhen government and organized by China Electronic Appliance Corp. and Shenzhen Flat Panel Display Industry Association.
