SZMC always supports the mixed ownership structure, integrated urban ancillary services provider strategy and business partner mechanism of Vanke, and supports the operation and management undertaken by Vanke’s management team in accordance with pre-determined strategic objective as well as the deepening of the “Railway + Property” development model.
