World's political parties to meet in SZ

The thematic event of the Communist Party of China (CPC) in Dialogue with World Political Parties High-level Meeting will be held in Shenzhen from Saturday to Monday, the official Xinhua News Agency reported.

The three-day event features a meeting on the “Stories of the CPC -- Implementation of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era in Guangdong Province,” a symposium to mark the 200th anniversary of Karl Marx’s birth, the fourth China-Africa Young Leaders Forum, and 2nd China and the Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) Forum of Political Parties.

During the period, the International Department of the Central Committee of the CPC will hold the first Shanghai Cooperation Organization Forum of Political Parties in Shenzhen, Xinhua said.
