Meaning:

“吊” means to “hang up,” and “打” means to “beat.” Literally, this term means to “hang up someone and beat him.” Used by Chinese netizens, this is a metaphor for “being super confident” and “having an overwhelming advantage over someone/something.” It’s often used by gamers and fans of celebrities.
