Welcome to Ryme City! A Pikachu-themed exhibition is being held at the first floor of Sea World Culture and Arts Center in Shekou. Visitors can take selfies at 15 re-created scenes from movie “Pokémon Detective Pikachu” and play with the cute yellow Pikachu in various interactive games.
Pikachu is a species of Pokémon with powerful electrical abilities. Pokémon are fictional creatures that appear in an assortment of video games, animated television shows and movies, trading card games, and comic books. Pikachu has become an icon of Japanese pop culture in recent years.
“Pokémon Detective Pikachu” is a 2019 urban fantasy mystery film based on the “Pokémon” franchise and the 2016 video game “Detective Pikachu.”
