Vanke City in Longgang

Vanke City is the most diverse community in Bantian Subdistrict in terms of resident nationalities. A total of 100 foreign residents live and work there, about 3 percent of the community’s permanent population. Most of them are nationals of India, Germany, and the United States and are employed at nearby high-tech enterprises like Huawei. The community is committed to ceaselessly upgrading the community environment, organizing international events and activities, and improving residents’ civility and service awareness. It also plans to build an open community of distinctive international traits and diverse cultures in order to maintain its status as a preferred residential area by foreign residents.
