Shuiwei in Futian

Shuiwei Community in Futian Subdistrict enjoys superb geographical advantages and transportation convenience due to its proximity to Futian Checkpoint, Metro stations and bus stops. The community, covering a total area of 250,000 square meters, is composed of Shuiwei Village and seven residential areas including Yinzhuang Building, Jiayitai, Yuting Garden, Jingang Mansion, Shuiwei New Garden, Longxuan Mansion and Kaiyue Green Town. Currently, the total population in Shuiwei is about 30,000, of which 2,900 have hukou (registered permanent residence) and 466 are foreign residents. The foreign population comes from 29 countries, mostly Russia, the United States and some European countries.
