CHTF to start Nov.13 in SZ

The 21st China Hi-Tech Fair (CHTF) will be held between Nov. 13-17 at Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center, the organizer said at a meeting Friday.

Under the theme of “Building the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area with Vitality, Joining Hands for Opening and Innovation,” this year’s fair will showcase products and technologies in new generation information and technologies, energy saving, opto-electrical display, intelligent city, advanced manufacturing, aerospace and aviation. It highlights its role as a wind vane in technologies, industries and innovation through exhibitions, forums, conferences and exchanges.

As an important platform for international technology exchanges, the fair has attracted a total of 40 countries, 50 international organizations and 68 overseas delegations and groups to take part.

Those countries include Argentina, Bahrain, Belgium, Chile, the Czech Republic, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Iran and Italy. The fair will have three subvenues in Ireland, Serbia and Croatia, respectively, in June next year.

For the innovation and S&T exhibition, the organizer invited well-known universities, research institutes, innovation centers, R&D centers and industrial alliances from home and abroad to participate. It will show the achievements between the cooperation of enterprises and research centers and applications of the technologies in strategically important industries, basic research and industrial integration.
