Cooks prepare food for visitors at the 2019 Shenzhen International Catering and Ingredients Exhibition held at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center on Thursday.
The exhibition, which ends Saturday, is aimed at promoting the development and upgrading of the food and beverage industry in Shenzhen, Hong Kong and Macao. It also serves as a platform for the introduction of new ingredients, R&D of creative dishes, establishment of sales channels and brand-building.
