1. Shenzhen Municipal Transportation Bureau has strengthened the prevention and control of epidemic on public transportation, and adjusted its operation to ensure mobility of the citizens. 2. Shenzhen State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission has promoted the resumption of work and production in an orderly manner. Shenzhen State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) promotes the resumption of operation and production of municipal state-owned enterprises in an orderly manner by phase according to their categories. The priority is given to supporting the enterprises that ensure people's livelihood such as utilities (water, electricity and gas), “rice bag” (grain supply), “vegetable basket” (non-grain food supply), and public transportation to resume work completely. In order to support the development of private sector, municipal state-owned enterprises in Shenzhen has provided over 1 billion yuan worth of rent reduction and exemption to private enterprises. 3. Shenzhen has set up more than 12,000 collection bins for waste masks to prevent secondary pollution. Shenzhen issued the Guidelines for the Safe Collection, Transportation, and Disposal of Waste Masks for Ordinary Citizens During the Prevention and Control of the NCP.The Municipal Urban Administration and Law Enforcement Bureau stated that up to now, more than 12,000 designated collection bins for waste masks have been put into use in the city, and the collection and transportation of these bins which are sealed and separated will be carried out by designated staff with designated vehicles and routes. The waste masks collected will go through a special process of collection, transportation and disposal before being sent to the incineration plants, realizing a thorough daily disposal of the wastes based on closed-loop management. 4. 41% of patients in critical and severe condition are getting better in Shenzhen and there is a drastic decrease in the number of patients in critical and severe condition reported recently. As of 8: 00 a.m. February 15, a total of 39 patients of critical and severe condition have been treated in the Shenzhen No.3 People's Hospital, 41% of which are getting better. One patient of severe condition has been cured and discharged from the hospital. Li Jinxiu, Director of the Critical Care Department of Shenzhen No.3 People's Hospital, said that due to the attention and efforts of the municipal government, some patients had the access to early screening and as a result, early medical treatment. From 00:00 February 17, highway toll fees are exempted nationwide: According to a circular issued by the Ministry of Transport, highway toll fees are exempted nationwide from 00:00 February 17 to the end of the epidemic prevention and control period so as to ensure smooth traffic, protect the life and health of the people, support the prevention and control of the epidemic and the transportation of production materials and daily necessities, while supporting the resumption of work and production of enterprises.
