Meaning:

“迷惑行为,” originating in Japanese, refers to those behaviors that cause troubles for others in the public, such as lying down to sleep in the metro or making a noise in the library. However, the Chinese more often use this term to describe silly and absurd things people do. “大赏,” also a Japanese word, basically refers to awards given to those in the show biz. Therefore, Chinese netizens use this term to refer to “things people do that can be given an award for their silliness and absurdity.” Under this hashtag on Chinese social media people often post hilariously silly and absurd things they’ve seen.

Example:

A: 丽丽两个星期内和她男朋友分手两次然后又都复合了。

Lìlì liǎngge xīngqī nèi hé tā nánpéngyou fēnshǒu liǎngcì ránhòu yòu dōu fùhé le。

Li Li broke up twice before making up with her boyfriend again within two weeks.

B: 这样的恋爱真是迷惑行为大赏。

Zhèyàng de liàn’ài zhēn shì míhuò xíngwéi dàshǎng。

She’s being absurd in this relationship.
