1. Shenzhen launches the services of one-stop collection, precise inquiry and online operation of preferential policies for enterprises during epidemic prevention and control. Recently, Shenzhen Municipal Government Services Data Bureau has launched the platform of "Shen i Enterprise — precise operation of preferential policies for enterprises during epidemic prevention and control," realizing the "one-stop collection, precise inquiry and online operation" of preferential policies for enterprises during epidemic prevention and control, enabling enterprises to accurately inquire in a more comprehensive and simple manner the preferential policies issued by the city and districts. Policies that need to be applied by enterprises shall be handled online. For those not requiring application, clear guidance will be given. 2. The city's resumption of work and production has entered the "fast lane," and the operating rate of industrial enterprises above designated size reaches 97.5%. According to Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, Shenzhen's enterprises involved in urban operation, national economy and people's livelihood have returned to work on a good momentum. Key enterprises have restored work with a high rate, with the work and production resumption entering the "fast lane." As of Mar. 11, 10,038 industrial enterprises above designated size had resumed work in Shenzhen, with an operating rate of 97.5% and a staff back-to-work rate of 68.7%. 3. Eighty-three percent of pharmaceutical companies and around 64.3% of catering businesses in Shenzhen have resumed work and production. According to Shenzhen Municipal Market Supervision and Regulation Bureau, all of the 118 leading agricultural companies, 147 vegetable supplying companies, 335 food manufacturing companies, and 9 major supermarket and shopping mall chains have resumed work and production. Meanwhile, 99,000 catering businesses have reopened, accounting for about 64.3% of the total and 269 pharmaceutical manufacturing, wholesale and retail companies have resumed operation, making up 83% of the total. 4. Shenzhen swiftly dispatches service and guidance groups comprised of cadres to help communities combat the epidemic on the frontlilne. 75 service and guidance groups made up of 381 cadres selected from municipal authorities have been dispatched to work full-time in 74 subdistricts of 10 districts as well as in Shenzhen-Shanwei Special Cooperation Zone. The groups form 3-level synergy along with subdistricts and communities, visit companies in a "building by building campaign," with an aim to coordinate all kinds of resources to help businesses solve problems, such as short term cash flow gaps and rent exemptions withheld by sublessors, so as to facilitate work and production resumption of enterprises. 5. "Law-based epidemic prevention and control campaign" is launched with 75 voluntary lawyer teams facilitating law-based epidemic prevention and control as well as work and production resumption. 75 voluntary lawyer teams consisting of citywide prominent lawyers are offering free legal services to enterprises in different subdistricts, helping them solve legal problems such as disputes over employment contracts and property rental, so as to promote law-based epidemic prevention and control as well as work and production resumption of enterprises, and provide support and guarantee for coordinated efforts in epidemic prevention and control as well as social and economic development.
