1. Six government departments of Shenzhen have jointly launched "after-sales services" to smooth the way for work and production resumption of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises. To help micro, small and medium-sized enterprises overcome the difficulties during the epidemic, the CPC Shenzhen Municipal Committee and Shenzhen Municipal People’s Government have been coordinating and promoting various tasks of epidemic prevention and control, as well as economic and social development, while various districts and government departments have been implementing relevant policies to support the enterprises accordingly. More than a month has passed, many enterprises have already received practical support and the effectiveness of such support is remarkable. Recently, 6 government departments, including the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the Municipal Housing and Construction Bureau, and Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Management Commission, etc., have jointly launched "after-sales services" to help a wide range of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises overcome difficulties, and reminded them again how to leverage the "Shenzhen’s 16 measures to support enterprises during COVID-19." 2. Shenzhen has made an all-out effort to accelerating scientific research for breakthroughs to fight against the epidemic. Since the outbreak of COVID-19, Shenzhen has invested 250 million yuan to support related scientific research, become the first in China to "offer a reward" for scientific breakthroughs and mobilized 3,625 sets of research equipment from across the city to fight against the epidemic. The Municipal Science, Technology and Innovation Commission has come up with relevant plans and measures in no time to meet the urgent demand of epidemic prevention and control, provided scientific support to prevent and control COVID-19, enhanced services to varies innovation entities, pooled high-quality innovation resources, stimulated innovation vitality, and carried out collaborative researches by guaranteeing the supply of scientific materials and organizing joint scientific research for breakthroughs among other measures. 3. Seventeen members of the Shenzhen medical team have left from Jianli County of Jingzhou City after successfully accomplishing the goal of "three cleared-to-zeros." On March 19, 17 members of Shenzhen's second batch of medical team to support Hubei officially left from Jianli County, Jingzhou City where they had fought the epidemic for more than 40 days. When Jingzhou was hit hard by the epidemic, Shenzhen had sent there its second and fourth batch of medical team to help Hubei, and worked with the local medical staff to fight the epidemic. The second batch of Shenzhen medical team to support Hubei is the first unified medical team sent by Shenzhen, which is composed of 17 backbone medical staff from Peking University Shenzhen Hospital. 4. WeChat Mini Program "Easy Job Hunting in Shenzhen" will meet the recruitment and employment demands point-to-point. Recently, "Easy Job Hunting in Shenzhen," a WeChat Mini Program, jointly developed by Shenzhen Municipal Office of Assistance and Cooperation for Poverty Alleviation and Shenzhen Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau was launched. The Mini Program was developed to meet Shenzhen enterprises’ needs of work and production resumption as well as the needs of employees in the Shenzhen’s twining support region to return to work and lift themselves out of poverty. Since the outbreak of the epidemic, Shenzhen has comprehensively coordinated the needs of enterprises and successively introduced targeted and practical policies and measures to help enterprises resume work and production as soon as possible, and restore confidence in the trying times. 5. Shenzhen social organizations have given full play to their advantages by pulling together love and kindness. The CPC Committee of Shenzhen Social Organizations and Shenzhen Municipal Social Organizations Administration have given full play to their advantages by building platforms to pull together love and goodwill from all walks of life, and carrying out a series of programs to care for the medical workers. A few days ago, the CPC Branch of Shenzhen Charity Federation distributed 5000 anti-epidemic good-will packages to the frontline workers of epidemic prevention and cleaners in residential communities of the city. "Anti-epidemic Psychological Counseling Courses" have been rolled out to provide professional care to address PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) and help relieve the mental pressure on patients and frontline workers in fighting the epidemic.
