Please Note

During the Shenzhen Shopping Festival running until the end of this month, several night markets have opened for locals to try delicious snacks, buy discounted products or simply relax outdoors. Many shopping malls and department stores are offering various discounts.


Mall City


A night food market is being held outside Mall City in Longgang District, where foodies can try snacks from around the country, such as Chongqing-style spicy grilled fish and Shanghai-style pan-fried pork buns. They can also have a bite of trendy Instagram food, such as rainbow bagels, coconut bowls and unicorn ice cream. Coupons can be claimed from 10 a.m. to noon and 3-7 p.m. everyday.


Time: 10 a.m.-10 p.m., Aug. 14-23

MixC World


Last month, SPM Youth Bloc., a food, clothes and zakka (fashion and design) market that was held on weekends at MixC World, attracted foodies and shoppers from around the city. Some of the popular vendors of the last event have now returned to the Chill Cup Wolly night market, where foodies can try grilled skewers, Taiwanese soy bean milk desserts, light diet meals, cocktails, milk tea and craft beer.

G&G Creative Community


From afternoon snacks to night barbecues, from a bazaar market to interactive games, from live shows to late-night parties, the G&G Chill Plan on every weekend helps you stay cool during the scorching summer days.

Holiday World


Live music will be performed at 7:30 p.m. every night outside Holiday World to accompany the night market that features popular street food, accessories, toys, electronic products and handcrafts that starts at 5 p.m. every night. Some vendors sell their products on the trunks of their cars.


Time: 5-10 p.m. (Mon.-Thur.), 5-11:59 p.m. (Fri.-Sun,), until Aug. 16

T-Street


OCT-LOFT’s trademark T-Street Creative Bazaar returns this weekend, selling chic and vintage products for zakka enthusiasts.

Looking for jade or jewels? More than 200 jewelry dealers have set up booths at the Shenzhen Curio World during Monday to Friday nights.

Southeast Asian food, Vietnamese fresh spring rolls, Korean-style fried chicken and other trendy Instagram snacks at a food market in Guangming District will satisfy your night cravings.
