Marine expo kicks off

The China Marine Economy Expo (CMEE) 2020 kicked off at Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center in Futian District and will be held till Sunday.
This year’s CMEE, which will last one more day than last year, is themed “Openness and Cooperation, Mutual Benefits and Win-win” and will cover an area of 60,000 square meters — 63 percent more than last year. To offset the impact caused by COVID-19 epidemic, all the exhibitors are exempted from booth fee this year.
More than 600 firms and organizations engaged in over 40 subdivisions of the marine industry have registered to set up booths at the expo, including 67 Sino-foreign joint ventures and foreign-funded enterprises.
