The Year of the Ox is around the corner. In Chinese, Ox is the omen of strong mentality, perservance, and hard work, and interestingly, the pronouonciation of ox in Chinese is same as the that of the word "new" in English. Ox-themed decorations and statue have been put up across Shenzhen to welcome the Chinese New Year with the wish of "starting anew."
