City’s special committee for digital talent inaugurated

The Shenzhen Digital Talent Special Committee was inaugurated at a seminar held at the Great China International Building in Futian District on March. 4.

Themed “digital talent construction,” the seminar was jointly held by the Shenzhen Information Service Blockchain Association (ISBA) and the Shenzhen Human Resources Association.

Liang Yudun, executive vice president of the Shenzhen Human Resources Association said at the seminar that digital talents are at the core for companies during the process of going digital. The establishment of the special committee is conducive to helping enterprises with their digital transformation.

Zheng Dingxiang, president of ISBA said that digitalization has not only brought changes to technologies, ideas, and models, but also has important and far-reaching impacts on human’s production and life, social and economic development, and social governance. “In this era of digital transformation, each of us should embrace the digital challenge”, he said.

A spring job fair for digital talents was also launched at the seminar, which aims to help talents find proper job opportunities and assist enterprises with their digital transformations.
