City reports three imported confirmed cases and one imported asymptomatic case of COVID-19

On June 16, Shenzhen reported three imported confirmed cases and one imported asymptomatic case of COVID-19. 

The three imported confirmed cases are two males and one female of Chinese nationality coming to Shenzhen from South Africa (one male and one female) and Lesotho (one male), respectively. They were quarantined upon entry and were later sent to the emergency wards of the Third People’s Hospital of Shenzhen for treatment. 

Among them, one was diagnosed as a mild COVID-19 case and the other two were diagnosed as normal ones. Two of them were previously diagnosed as asymptomatic cases of COVID-19. Currently, the patients are in stable condition. 

The asymptomatic case is a male of Chinese nationality coming to Shenzhen from South Sudan. He was quarantined upon entry and was later sent to the emergency ward of the Third People’s Hospital of Shenzhen for treatment. Currently, the patient is in stable condition.
