Large artificial flowers blossoming at Shangmeilin

Large silk and other fabric-made flowers recently went viral on some Chinese social platforms. For those who desire to have a closer contact with the large flower installations, the hall of Building 3 of the Next Park in Futian’s Sahngmeilin is worth visiting.

Featuring coreopsis, boneset and other spring plants, the artificial flower installations are exhibited with the help of technology, allowing some of the flowers to blossom automatically.

Visitors can sit under the large petals or at a café nearby, enjoying the beauty created by the craft artists.

They can also follow the “福美FUMEI” WeChat” account to get the themed mobile screensaver pictures painted by artist.
