The Project is located in the east of Xin'an Street, Bao'an District, which is close to the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Modernization Service Cooperation Zone and the connecting area of SAR integration.

It is located in the Xin'an Industrial Enterprises Cluster Park with 3.92 kilometers of planning area and 500,000 square meters of land available for preparation.
