Come and visit Viktor & Rolf!

Curated by Chinese fashion curator Pooky Lee and designed by French designer Nathalie Crinière, the exhibition titled “Viktor & Rolf: MetaFashion!” features 80 iconic haute couture and ready-to-wear collections by the team of Viktor Horsting and Rolf Snoeren, photographic works by Arthur Elgort, Greg Kadel and Ellen von Unwerth, and 24 sets of miniature fashion dolls wearing iconic looks from the brand.

Dates: April 29-Oct. 8

The Spirits of Things: solo exhibition of Liu Chen

Artist Liu Chen collects sundries in daily life, mixes them together, shows them with lights and sounds to rebuild connections among ordinary things.

CIB8 exhibitions

Illustrations from the CIB8 are on display at four venues inside Nantou Ancient Town. Illustrators Yu Qinyu, Flora Bai and Li Ziyao have also decorated three shops inside Nantou Ancient Town. Visitors can not only enjoy illustrations in the shops but also buy co-branded products. Thirty-two illustrators will also sell their works and merch at an outdoor market.

3 x 3 International Illustration Show

Hosted by 3 x 3 Magazine, the show presents more than 600 illustrations in various styles by 347 painters. 3 x 3 Magazine is a publication which focuses on contemporary illustration.

Visual niceness in Oamul’s illustrations


Oamul has published illustration books and designed stamps for the United Nations as well as having collaborated with several international brands, such as Apple, Chanel and Louis Vuitton. There’s an innocent and simple quality in his work. His paintings and illustrations reflect the seasons around him: flowers blooming in the spring, hot summer days by the sea, long walks in autumn hues, cozy scenes in cold winter nights.

Artworks under X-Ray

Xavier Lucchesi’s exhibition offers a new perspective for admiring French artworks collections. Cooperated with world famous art institutions and some Paris hospitals, the artist uses X-ray to scan the works from great artists such as Picasso, Vincent Van Gogh and make photoprints.

Paintings by Jiang Xiaoyu

Inspired by daily life, scenes in films and social news, Jiang Xiaoyu’s paintings normally focus on a specific image and show a sense of absurd, humor and weird as well as cute and innocent. He graduated from Sichuan Fine Arts Institute with a master’s degree and now resides in Chongqing.

'Tracing Peach Blossom Spring' in Pingshan

Shenzhen artist Zhou Li is exhibiting her paintings and installations, all in a pink tone, at the “Tracing Peach Blossom Spring” exhibition, to express the artist’s thoughts on the relationship between humans and nature. Zhou uses mixed media, including oil paint, washes of ink, charcoal and cotton cloth. Her lyrical abstract paintings capture her acute sensory observations of the world: lightness and shadow, solidity and dissolution, the sense of being.
