Shenzhen reported six new local COVID-19 cases, including four asymptomatic carriers, yesterday.
One of the new infections was detected during routine screenings among key groups, another among close contacts of previous infections, and the other four were discovered during community testing. They have been transferred to the city's designated medical facility for COVID treatment and are in stable condition.
Residents are required to keep masking and take other precaution measures such as washing hands frequently, maintaining good ventilation and observing social distancing.
