Not too late to join in Qianhai short video contest

For short video enthusiasts, it is still not too late to take your camera or cellphone to join in the “New Qianhai, New Start” 2022 International Short Video Contest, which will close Oct. 24! Winning works will be awarded generous cash prizes and opportunities for exhibitions.

The contest mainly calls for entries from short video shooting enthusiasts who come from China’s Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, and foreign countries. Mainland residents can also sign up as long as they can invite a partner from Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan or foreign countries as the host/hostess of your video. Grab your cameras/cell phones and join us to win up to 20,000 yuan! 

本次赛事主要面向广大港澳台及外籍短视频拍摄爱好者，中国大陆籍居民若能邀请到港澳台或外籍小伙伴出镜，也可报名参赛！赶快拿起你手中的相机记录扩容后的大前海（宝安中心区、原前海片区、蛇口片区等），赢取最高20000元奖金！

04 Categories 

征集内容

There are three categories in the competition and entrants can choose from the following three topics:

比赛将设置三个大的竞赛单元，参赛选手将在以下三个单元主题中进行选择并进行创作：

(1) Shenzhen, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan cooperation

We are looking for videos which display the close economic or cultural cooperation between Qianhai and Hong Kong, Macao or Taiwan, and tell stories related to Hong Kong people and enterprises devoting themselves to the development of Qianhai. Your video can reflect the opportunities for young Hong Kong, Macao or Taiwan people provided by Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan-funded enterprises or mainland enterprises in Qianhai, or feature efficient and convenient services for Hong Kong (including education and healthcare, etc.) in Qianhai.

深港澳台融合：展现深圳大前海片区与香港、澳门或台湾地区在经济文化等方面的无间合作；讲好港人港企投身于大前海发展生活的故事；反映大前海片区的港资、澳资、台资企业或内地企业等为港澳台籍青年提供的发展机遇；体现大前海片区高效便利的对港服务（包括教育医疗等）

(2) International exchanges

Your topics can be about the internationalization of Qianhai in the economic and cultural sectors. Have interviews with foreign-funded enterprises or foreigners and present Qianhai’s strong support and attractiveness to them. We are expecting to see stories of expatriates working or living in Qianhai and stories reflecting the advantages of Qianhai in services for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan compatriots and foreigners (including education and healthcare, etc.). Present your video showing the international cooperation and achievements in Qianhai in cultural and performing sectors.

国际交流：展现深圳大前海片区在经济文化方面的国际化建设。体现大前海片区对外资企业的大力支持、对外籍人士的吸引力；讲述外籍人士投身于大前海片区工作生活的故事；体现大前海片区在涉外服务方面的优势（包括教育医疗等）；反映大前海片区在文化演艺方面的对外合作以及成果等

(3) Vibrant Qianhai

Use your camera to film the colorful life of Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan people and foreigners in Qianhai. The comprehensiveness and inclusiveness of Qianhai's development in your lens are also meaningful for us. Zoom in on what convenience the modern Qianhai infrastructure has brought to their lives.

活力前海：展现港澳台以及外籍人士在大前海的缤纷生活，体现出大前海发展的全面性以及包容性。（需体现出大前海片区现代化基础设施为港澳台以及外籍人士的生活带来了哪些生活上的便利）

05 Entry requirements 

征稿要求

i. Your video’s content should be in line with the theme of the competition, and contain representative elements of Qianhai, including but not limited to the scenery, culture, civic services and government services of Qianhai.

作品内容应切合大赛主题，同时包含前海的代表性元素，包括但不限于大前海的外景、文化、市民服务和政务服务等。

ii. Video creators should use narration or subtitles to demonstrate the exact locations in Qianhai in the video; for example, “This is Qianwan/Guiwan/Mawan/Shekou/Dananshan/Xiaonanshan/the airport/New Marine City area in Qianhai.”

参赛者需在参赛作品中以字幕或声音说明拍摄内容是关于前海的哪个片区，如“这里是前海的前湾/桂湾/妈湾/蛇口/大小南山/机场/海洋新城片区”等。

iii. There is no restriction for the form of your video. Variety show, flash mob, short documentary and Vlog are all acceptable forms. Your video can be filmed via professional cameras or mobile phones. Your video should involve scenes of Qianhai; videos only containing audio and texts or only showing people speaking to the camera are not acceptable.

作品形态不限。主播综艺、快闪、短纪录片、Vlog均可，专业摄制或手机拍摄均可。参赛视频中必须包含前海的画面，若视频画面为纯文字+语音讲述或纯人物面对镜头讲述，则不符合参赛要求。

iv. Your video should have smooth shots, clear audio and visual quality, complete content and structure with a self-consistent logic. The duration of each video should be less than three minutes.

画面稳定，画质、声音清晰，时长应控制在3分钟内，内容完整，结构清晰，逻辑自洽。

v. Videos can be submitted in the name of an institution, studio, or individual. Each participant can submit up to two video entries. To ensure the fairness of the competition, if the participant is a professional media organization such as a film and television production company, only one entry can be submitted. Group entrants must have two or more members involved in video shooting and editing.

以团体或个人名义参赛均可，每个参赛主体报送作品不超过2件；为保证比赛公平性，若参赛主体为影视制作公司等专业传媒机构，则最多只可报送1件参赛作品。团体报名者须由2名以上成员参与视频拍摄和剪辑。

vi.AVI, MOV, FIV, MP4 are acceptable formats. Horizontal and vertical screen formats are acceptable. Videos should be in high-definition with a resolution of 1280*720 or above.

作品格式可采用mp4,fiv, mov.avi等视频标准格式;支持横、竖屏，视频分辨率为1280*720或以上(手机拍摄建议调至最高分辨率)。

vii. Video creators can use and edit Qianhai scenery footages and aerial footages provided by the organizer.

有关大前海片区的外景素材及航拍素材可根据主办方提供的素材进行剪辑。

viii. There is no restriction for the language spoken in your video. However, there should be Chinese/English subtitles. (Simplified or traditional Chinese subtitles are both acceptable.) 

作品语种不限，但必须添加中文（简繁体均可）或英文字幕，以方便顺利参加评审。

ix. All video entries must not be against the Chinese law and regulations, must not involve religious, racial and regional discrimination, pornography, violence, advertisement, product placement, watermarks or logos. Plagiarism of any kind will result in disqualification. All entries should conform to copyright laws.

参赛作品不得涉及色情、暴力、宗教与种族及地域歧视等内容,不能与中国法律法规相抵触。严禁剽窃、抄袭，不得植入广告，不能添加水印及logo，不存在知识产权争议。

x. No fees are required for entering the competition. The organizer respects and retains the authorship right of video creators, and do not pay otherwise. The organizer has the right to use the video entries in non-commercial promotion.

大赛不收取报名费，主办方尊重和保留创作者的署名权，不另付报酬，主办方对参赛作品拥有非商业使用的宣传使用权。

xi. The final interpretation of the competition is at the sole discretion of the organizer.

主办方对本次比赛具有最终解释权。

06 Publication

获奖作品公示

When the judgement and assessmentsare finalized,the contest results will be published on eyeshenzhen.com and on the official WeChat accounts of Shenzhen Daily and eyeshenzhen.com. After the publication, if any participant has an objection to the results, they are invited to report it to the organizing committee through official channels. If the objection is sustained, the awarded entry or entriesunder question will be reevaluated.

奖项评定结束后，获奖结果将通过官方网站、微信等渠道公布，并进行为期7天的公示。在公示期间，对奖项评定存有异议的个人或组织可通过官方渠道反馈，若异议通过，将重新对存有异议的获奖作品进行评定。

07 Exhibition

作品展播

Winning short video works will be published on Shenzhen Daily’s official WeChat account, app and eyeshenzhen.com, and will also have the opportunity to be published on domestic and international mainstream media platforms and city-level government official WeChat accounts.

获奖作品在Shenzhen Daily微信公众号、app、官网的大赛专题栏目发布并且有机会在国内及国际主流媒体平台和市级官方政务类公众号发布。

08 Submission

Ways to submit your video:

按以下任意一种方式，提交作品：

i. Upload your video to your or your team’s account on Sina Weibo, Douyin, or YouTube and tick your video with the tag of “#新前海，向未来” or “#New Qianhai, New Start” and tag @Shenzhen Daily (on Douyin or YouTube) or @深圳日报-英文（on Weibo） and three friends. Then send an email to qianhaivideo@126.com enclosed with your information [Hong Kong/Macao/Taiwan or nationality + name + contact details + video title ] to sign up for the competition.

在微博、抖音、 YouTube平台上传短视频作品，添加话题“#新前海，向未来” 或者“#New Qianhai, New Start”@Shenzhen Daily（抖音或YouTube）或@深圳日报-英文（微博）且@三个好友，并通过邮箱qianhaivideo@126.com发送报名信息[包括户/国籍（香港/澳门/台湾/外国）+姓名+联系方式+视频名称]，即视为参赛。

ii. Send your video to qianhaivideo@126.com with an attachment enclosed with your information [Hong Kong/Macao/Taiwan or nationality + name + contact details + video title] to sign up for the competition.

将作品及报名信息上传至电子邮箱：qianhaivideo@126.com，并附上报名信息[包括户/国籍（香港/澳门/台湾/外国）+姓名+联系方式]，即视为参赛。

Attention: If your video is created by Chinese mainland citizens while Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macao or foreign citizens are hosts or protagonists in the video, please provide the Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macao or foreign citizens’information[Hong Kong/Macao/Taiwan or nationality + name + contact details] when submitting your video and show proof (ID cards or passports) if your video is shortlisted.

若视频创作者为中国大陆籍，出镜人员为港澳台或外籍，发送报名信息时需一并附上港澳台或外籍的个人信息 [包括户/国籍（香港/澳门/台湾/外国）+姓名+联系方式]，如入围，需提供出镜人员的个人身份证明或护照以验证身份。
