An asymptomatic carrier, surnamed Ye, on Tuesday was investigated by the police for violating quarantine rules.
Ye, 28, allegedly dine out despite his yellow health code and close contact with infected patients. His companions were in quarantine at that time and his alleged violation was discovered during a recent epidemiological study.
