Shenzhen reported 11 new local COVID-19 cases, including two asymptomatic carriers, yesterday.
Eight of the new cases were found among close contacts of previous patients, one was detected during routine testing of key groups of people, and two were found during community screening.
All have been transferred to the Third People’s Hospital of Shenzhen for treatment. Currently, they’re in stable condition.
Residents are urged to keep masking, wash hands frequently, maintain good ventilation and observe social distancing.
