Shenzhen reported 35 local COVID-19 cases, including 11 asymptomatic carriers, yesterday.
Six of the new cases were found among close contacts of previous infections, 14 during COVID testing of key groups of people, three when they sought a test, and 12 during community screening.
All have been transferred to the Third People’s Hospital of Shenzhen for treatment. Currently, they’re in stable condition.
Residents are urged to keep masking, wash hands frequently, maintain good ventilation and observe social distancing.
