China Hi-Tech Fair to take place in November

The 24th China Hi-Tech Fair (CHTF) is scheduled to take place at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center in Futian District and related subvenues from Nov. 15 to 19, according to information released on the fair’s official website Wednesday.

Exhibitions, forums, professional meetings and a range of activities will be arranged for the five-day period.

The fair plans to hold six comprehensive exhibitions themed on national high technologies, innovation and scientific research, foreign delegations, a Belt and Road pavilion, technology startups, makers, and high-tech services.

The fair will also feature eight professional exhibitions covering information technology and products, environmental protection and energy, construction technology innovation, smart health care, semiconductor and displays, smart city, advanced manufacturing, and aerospace science and technology.

The China Hi-Tech Forum, high-level forums hosted by ministries and commissions of the Central Government, and national major information conferences, as well as technical meetings, professional salons and new product and new technology releases, will be held during the period.

The fair, dubbed as China’s No. 1 tech fair, is expected to continue to serve as a platform for gathering industrial resources and promoting exchanges, providing strong support for the development of the city’s 20 strategic emerging industries and eight future industries, according to Shenzhen Economic Daily.
