The 24th China Hi-Tech Fair (CHTF) opened Nov. 15 at its two main venues at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center in Futian District and Shenzhen World Convention and Exhibition Center in Bao’an District.

On Nov. 16, Daria Gurianova, a student from Peking University Shenzhen Graduate School, joined Shenzhen Daily to tour around the high-tech fair’s Futian venue.

Gurianova has been learning Chinese for five years. During the tour, she hosted Shenzhen Daily’s livestreaming session in both Chinese and English and shared the latest technologies and innovative products found at the fair.

The five-day fair, occupying over 300,000 square meters, was held both online and offline, attracting over 5,000 participating exhibitors from nearly 40 countries and regions. The exhibitors brought in a total of 8,000 projects.

At the Futian venue, Gurianova tasted a cup of pour-over coffee served by a robot barista, boarded a six-axis full-motion flight simulator developed by Fuxiang Aviation and experienced a VR game by Polish exhibitor Arnold Adamczyk.
