HR service platforms win top prizes at talents fair

Two technology-based human resources service platforms won the top prizes at the Human Resources Summit Forum, an important event of the Talents Fair of China Hi-Tech Fair 2022, which was held Saturday at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center in Futian District.

First prizes at the China Human Resources Tech Competition for the innovation and application category went to JR Talents Co. Ltd., a one-stop talent recruitment service platform, and Suzhou GaiaWorks, an AI-based labor resources management platform. The prizes were handed to the winners during the forum.

This year’s competition attracted 53 innovative products, items and solutions in human resources. JR Talents’ recruitment service platform uses big data, algorithm and AI to improve matching accuracy between job postings and jobseekers. GaiaWorks’ labor resources cloud management platform targets whole-process human resource management from planning, matching, evaluation and recruitment, a release from the organizer, the Shenzhen Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, said Saturday.

Since the contest’s inception in 2020, it has also attracted 164 projects from 24 cities nationwide. These projects and solutions cater to the demands and solve industrial pain points of the human resources industry.

At the forum, human resources professionals including Yu Xing’an, president of the Chinese Academy of Personnel Science, Ma Haigang, general manager of Tencent Human Resources Platform Department and Hu Wei, founder and CEO of JR Talents Co. Ltd., shared their insights on high-quality development of human resource development, digital transformation in human resources and big data application in selecting talents.

Between Wednesday and Saturday, the three subvenues of the talents fair in Luohu, Bao’an and Longhua, organized several activities, including forums, exhibitions, road shows, cultural tours themed on the integration of industry and talents. Luohu and Longhua organized job fairs offering 6,200 job postings.

Currently, Shenzhen has a total of 86 full-time academicians, 22,000 high-level professionals, 190,000 returnees from overseas and 6.63 million talents of different types.
