Idyllic rose show attracts visitors
The 2023 Shenzhen Rose Show, the city's first large-scale flower show this year, opened to the public today, drawing swarms of visitors to feel the vibe of the spring.
The main venue of the rose show, located at Shenzhen Renmin Park in Luohu District, features over 300 types of Chinese roses mainly in five exhibition areas, covering an area totaling 17,500 square meters.
Chinese roses prefer temperatures between 18 and 25 degrees Celsius, and Shenzhen’s current climate is perfect for the roses to bloom. The show, which will run through March 27, also presents spring-themed floral installations, market stalls and workshops, in addition to oceans of Chinese roses. More information on the 2023 Shenzhen Rose Show is available via the WeChat account “美丽深圳” (mlszgzh).
