The new campus, located at Yuanshan Subdistrict in Longgang District, will be completed in July next year with a construction area of 70,000 square meters. The school’s total enrollment scale will reach 1,800 as planned.

The first batch of students will study and live on SMBU’s campus in Longgang until the new school campus is ready for use. At the conference, Zhu Dijian, vice rector of SMBU, pledged the university’s full support to the affiliated school.

To ensure that the school provides the best possible education, its preparation team visited renowned high schools across the country to learn about their successful practices. The school has also invited prominent teachers from top schools like Changjun High School in Changsha, Hunan Province, to join its faculty.

The school aims to become a highly respected institution. Moreover, it is committed to unlocking its students’ potentials and has developed a curriculum system that includes both basic and research courses to foster students’ learning and innovative capabilities. Each student can select their elective courses based on their interests, according to the news conference.
