SIGEP China (Southern China’s International Expo Dedicated to the Production of Gelato, Bakery and Coffee) opened at Shenzhen World Exhibition and Convention Center in Bao’an District yesterday. The fair, which runs until tomorrow, covers an exhibition area of over 4,000 square meters and gathers over 100 food and drink exhibitors and 5,000 buyers from home and abroad.
