Yantian Library

Yantian Library takes "wisdom +ocean" as the theme, which is a medium-sized modern urban public library integrating digitization, characteristics and intelligence. It is located at No. 2128, Shenyan Road, west side of Yantian District Administrative Office Building, with a construction area of 14,854 square meters (including 11,699 square meters for the new building and 3,155 square meters for the stack), and total collection of 533,851 books in the central library, 1,500 seats for readers. The library is open all year round. The Library has children's book borrowing and reading area, children's multimedia reading area, toy library, underground square, Love-Reading Pavilion, Castle of Books, newspaper reading area, reading room for visually impaired, reading sea book bar, multi-functional lecture hall, book borrowing and reading area, experience area, electronic reading area, Maker space, audio-visual service area, audio-visual broadcasting room, shell picking area, local literature room, marine culture park, 4D cinema, DIY activity center and other functional areas.
