Insights shared at autism seminar

A total of 23 experts in the medical field gathered in Shenzhen recently for a seminar and themed training event on autism.

They discussed topics such as the clinical interpretation of Asperger’s syndrome, as well as the challenges and solutions in education for special children.

The experts represented prestigious institutions such as the World Health Organization (WHO) Family of International Classifications Network, Peking University Sixth Hospital, the University of Science and Technology of China, and the Education University of Hong Kong.

The seminar was also conducted simultaneously online, garnering over 3,000 views.

The primary aim of the training session was to provide valuable insights and knowledge to professional medical personnel engaged in child rehabilitation and developmental behavior, educators and managers of special children, child health personnel from community health service centers, as well as preschool teachers, social workers and parents of special children, according to a Shenzhen Evening News report.
