Starting from June 16, China Southern Airlines will resume its flights on the Shenzhen-Sydney route, with three flights per week using the A330 wide-body aircraft, the operator said in a news release Monday.

Departures from Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport will be on Wednesdays, Fridays and Sundays at 6:55 p.m., arriving in Sydney the next day at 6:25 a.m. local time. Return flights from Sydney will depart on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays at 8:45 a.m. local time, arriving in Shenzhen at 4:40 p.m.

In another development, the airline will also intensify fights on its routes to Hanoi in Vietnam and Dubai in the United Arab Emirates.

Starting from Monday, the A330 wide-body aircraft will replace the A320 narrow-body aircraft on flights to Hanoi.

Starting from June 12, flights to Dubai will operate four times a week with departures from Shenzhen every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.
