Association to host property management expo

The 2024 Shenzhen International Property Management Industry Expo is scheduled to take place at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center in Futian District from Oct. 15 to 17, aiming to bring together over 300 property management enterprises and service suppliers to showcase their products and technologies on an expected exhibition area of 30,000 square meters.

The Shenzhen Property Management Association, the organizer of the fair, said it will invite leading Chinese property service companies to source from exhibitors on the spot during the fair. A number of forums themed on brand building and industry innovation, will be held during the fair to strengthen cooperation and explore new growth points.

Shenzhen has been a nationwide leader in the property management sector. Latest statistics from the Shenzhen Property Management Association show that the city is home to 1,655 property management enterprises, which manage a total of over 3.3 billion square meters of properties and employ more than 750,000. Shenzhen's property management industry raked in more than 160 billion yuan (US$23.19 billion) in revenue last year, with 139.77 billion yuan derived from its main business. Nine Shenzhen property management companies have been publicly listed.
