Guangdong job fair to offer expats opportunities

Good news for foreigners seeking to work in southern China’s Guangdong, the economic powerhouse and an export hub of the country.

The province is gearing up for its 2024 "Guangdong Spring Warm" job fair, set to be held March 17. A highlight of this year’s job fair is the abundance of opportunities available for expatriateswanting to land a job in the southern China province.

Organized by the Human Resource and Social Security Department of Guangdong, the event will be held at Guangzhou South Railway Station, with additional venues in Yuexiu District, Conghua District, and Zengcheng District of Guangzhou, as well as Humen Railway Station in Dongguan.

A printing consumables company based in Zhuhai is looking to hire sales managers, particularly candidates with backgrounds in economics and trade, who are also proficient in at least one foreign language, such as Russian, Spanish, or English. Other positions up for grabs include foreign trade sales representatives and foreign language teachers.
