Walk into Shenzhen's wetland parks
In Shenzhen, there are 213.62 hectares of mangrove forests, which are mainly distributed in Futian District and partly in Shajing, Fuyong and Xixiang in Bao’an District, Shahe in Nanshan District, and Baguang, Kuichong and Nan'ao in Dapeng New Area. These forests form the core areas of Shenzhen's 15 wetland parks, which are home to 219 types of wet plants and 253 kinds of wild animals.
