Good news !!! Shenzhen foodies. Now we don't need to fly across to Lyon which is the capital of the gastronomy in France and take two weeks to reserve seats of the restaurant of one starred michelin chef Christian Tetedoie.
Form Nov. 14 to Nov. 18, there will be Michelin nights at L'etoile French Cave Restaurant.
Christian Têtedoie awarded "Meilleur Apprenti de France”(Best trainee of France) when he was 17 years old. Christian Têtedoie continued to develope his culinary skills at Paul Bocuse, Georges Blanc and even the kitchens of the Elysee where he taken charge of the presidential meals. In 1986, he decided to open his first restaurant in Lyon, on the Quai Jean Moulin.
Ten years later, he gained a rich reward. He won the title of MOF Meilleur Ouvrier de France (Best craftsmen of France). Before this, he won his first star in the Michelin Guide. In March 2010, he opened a new restaurant, which is located in on top of Lyon’s hills, where he shares his love for good food and for enhancing the French culinary heritage.
From Nov. 15 to Nov. 18, Michelin dinner is 688 yuan per person (pax wines and beverage are not included)
