MISI TAIR Music Restaurant & Bar is a restaurant in Shenzhen specializing in offering authentic Thai-style hotpot. From the hotpot seasonings to the materials and the dip, they are all imported from Thailand.

The more exciting news is that all three signature seasonings, namely Tom Yum Kung, coconut and curry, only cost ONE yuan!
Besides, MISI TAIR has 63 hotpot ingredients. So technically, there are 189 combinations of hotpot available.
Tom Yum Kung is designed for people who are enthusiastic about Thai food, coconut for people who prefer a light flavor and curry for people who love a strong heavy aroma.
Tom Yum Kung Hotpot

85% of Thai food fans will order this seasoning for their hotpot because of its authenticity. The chef A Shao, who has been making Tom Yum Kung for nine years now, has made tons of it. Unlike other chefs, A Shao reduces the number of the spices to six to achieve a balanced ratio of sourness and spicy flavor, which guarantees the uniqueness of the hotpot.
The best ingredients that go with this flavor of hotpot are shrimp, seafood and cheese tofu and Longkou vermicelli.
Coconut Hotpot

Thai-style hotpot is famous for its sourness and spicy flavor. So for those prefering a lighter flavor the best choice left for them is the coconut hotpot. On average, one pot has one and a half coconuts in it and the flavor is so strong that you can smell it from five meters away.
The timing is very tricky when having the coconut hotpot. You are advised to wait for eight minutes after the chicken is put into the pot. After that, you can drink the thick chicken soup and eat the tender chicken.
Mushrooms, especially bamboo fungus, are highly recommended for they can best absorb the essence of the hotpot.
Curry Hotpot

Many restaurants offer curry hotpot, but this restaurant creates a more authentic Thai-style version with a mix of yellow curry and a bit of coconut milk. It takes six hours to cook the hotpot broth.
Beef is the best companion of the curry, if you are a meat person, beef will never fail you. But don’t overboil the beef, just 10 seconds is perfect.
