Located in Shatou Subdistrict, Futian District, the new park will be bordered by Shennan Avenue to the north, Binhe Avenue to the south, Taoran First Road to the west, and the original A and B golf course areas to the east, covering an area of approximately 42.25 hectares.

It is planned to be developed into an urban public space that integrates ecology, cultural and sports facilities, and community services, featuring the innovative “above-ground park + underground transportation” design.

Currently, Futian has 142 parks, and the new park will further expand the public green space within the district's Central Business District.

Residents of Shatou Subdistrict have given the project a thumbs-up.

“We will have the chance to experience green infrastructure, learn about energy conservation efforts, and enjoy community life in a park right at our doorstep,” said Ms. Zhao.
