Airline to resume flights from SZ to Dubai

China Southern Airlines will resume its flights between Shenzhen and Dubai every Wednesday starting from Wednesday.

Flight CZ6027 will depart Shenzhen at 3:05 p.m. and arrive in Dubai at 7:30 p.m. Return flight CZ6028 departs at 9:30 p.m. and arrives in Shenzhen at 8:50 a.m. the following day.

In another development, two international cargo routes were put into operation at Shenzhen Bao’an International Airport recently, carrying 60 tons of mails and parcels.

On Monday, a China Postal Airlines cargo flight took off from Shenzhen to Osaka in Japan, marking the operation of the Shenzhen-Osaka cargo route. The cargo flight will operate eight times a week between the two cities.

On Tuesday, a DHL Airways cargo flight arrived at the Shenzhen airport from Thailand. The flight will operate 12 times a week between Shenzhen and Bangkok, the airport authority said.

The Shenzhen airport’s international cargo business kept rising this year. Over 11,000 international cargo flights had departed and arrived in the city by July 15 this year, 40% more year on year.
