The Second SUSTech International Entrepreneurship and Innovation Contest, an event of the Shenzhen subvenue of the 2022 National Mass Entrepreneurship and Innovation Competition, concluded Friday.
A total of 14 projects from home and abroad participated in the competition.
They mainly focused on new-generation electronic information, high-end manufacturing, new materials and low carbon, biomedicine and health care.
Nearly half of the projects have reached agreements with investment agencies. The organizer, SUStech Science and Technology Park, will further offer fintech services, tehnological consulting, open research facilities and attract talents for these projects.
In 2020, SUSTech Science and Technolog Park gained the national-level entrepreneurship and innovation demonstration base title. Since the competition started in May, the organizer has received 228 sign-ups, including 88 projects with overseas backgrounds.
