Hi-tech talents fair around the corner

The Talents Fair of China Hi-Tech Fair 2022 will start tomorrow at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center in Futian District and GBA Talents Innovation Park in Luohu, highlighting summits, exhibitions, science and technology exhibitions and recruitment.

The fair, a sideline event of China Hi-Tech Fair, will run until Saturday. During the event, a summit on innovation and technology development will be held. Guests composed of human resources professionals, including Yu Xing’an, president of Chinese Academy of Personnel Science, Ma Haigang, general manager of Tencent Human Resources Platform Department, and Hu Wei, founder and CEO of JR Talents Co. Ltd., will share their insights on high-quality development of human resource services, human resources digital transformation and application of big data in talents selection, according to the organizer, the city’s human resources and social security bureau, Friday.

An exhibition, featuring over 30 human resources agencies, will display the latest achievements in human resources digitalization and application of human resources technologies.

The organizer will hold a national human resources technology contest by inviting companies and teams to display their solutions and products, which can meet the demands of the human resources industry and solve its industrial pain points.

Job fairs for high-tech talents will also be held in districts. Luohu will target high-tech talents through forums and exhibitions. Bao’an will develop road shows and culture tours themed on integration of industry and talents. Longhua will organize well-known firms to attract talents.
