City holds job fair for graduates

The 26th National College Graduates Job Fair was held at Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center in Futian District on Saturday, attracting 25,000 job seekers and receiving 38,000 copies of resumes.

A total of 663 enterprises including 18 Fortune 500 enterprises, 64 State-owned enterprises and 51 listed companies participated in the job fair, the year’s largest job fair for college graduates. The enterprises covered hi-tech, electronic information, finance, biopharmacy and new energy.

Eight enterprises participated in a livestreaming event to recruit talents by offering 95 posts and 1,200 vacancies.

The GBA Entrepreneurial and Innovative Project Promotion Conference was also held at Hall 6 during the fair, showcasing 210 excellent startup projects from 21 cities across Guangdong Province. The startup projects cover biopharmacy, sports and health, online education, cultural creation and agricultural produce processing.
