Art lovers now have an opportunity to admire contemporary artworks by internationally sought-after artists, including Fang Lijun, Wang Guangyi and Zhang Xiaogang, at an exhibition at OCAT Hall B10 in OCT-LOFT.

To mark OCAT’s 18th anniversary, the art space has selected 30 pieces of works by 30 artists from its collection for the “Off the Beaten Track: OCAT 18th Anniversary Collections Exhibition.”

Through these artworks which are closely related to the organization’s growth, the exhibition curators hope to review OCAT’s experiences with the artists and their works, as well as its efforts in fueling the development of contemporary art in China.

With Meng Yan as principal architect, OCAT Hall B10 was built by upgrading an old tape and disk factory. The first two floors feature spacious exhibition halls and a coffee shop which can also be used for small exhibitions or lectures. The third floor is an open-air space which offers freedom for artists to display artworks.
