Shenzhen Book Fair, also known as South China Book Festival & Shenzhen Book Fair, is an exhibition of books and reading culture under the guidance of the Publishers Association of China and the Books and Periodicals Distribution Association of China, sponsored by the Publicity Department of the Shenzhen Municipal Committee of the CPC and Shenzhen Municipal Press and Publication Bureau. It is organized by the Office of the Organizing Committee of Shenzhen Reading Month and Shenzhen Publishing Group Co. Ltd.

Shenzhen Fringe Festival is a cultural activity that covers music, drama, dance and body art, live sculpture, tour carnival, interactive exhibition and other multi-cultural art experience.

Lianhua Mount @ Youth Culture Festival is derived from the Lianhua Mountain (Futian, Shenzhen) Youth Culture Festival established in 2016 by the Futian Public Culture and Sports Development Center.

The China Shenzhen International Piano Concerto Competition (CSIPCC) is approved by the former Ministry of Culture, guided by the Department of Culture and Tourism of Guangdong Province, organized by the Shenzhen Municipal People's Government, and hosted by the Culture, Sports and Tourism Administration of Shenzhen Municipality and the Shenzhen Association for Cultural Exchanges with Foreign Countries and the Shenzhen Association for Foreign Cultural Exchanges, and co-organized by Shenzhen Arts School, Shenzhen Symphony Orchestra (SZSO), Shenzhen Piano Association, and other organizations.

Public welfare project like the "Afternoon Music Time" has been planned and launched in Shenzhen Concert Hall since 2009, which is held from 3pm to 4pm every Saturday in the Golden Tree Foyer of Shenzhen Concert Hall (except rough weathers or special circumstances) to the complementation of "Beautiful Sunday".
