The park is the only city-level park for children in Shenzhen. It features a beautiful natural environment and many leisure and entertainment facilities for children.

Shenzhen Children's Amusement Park is a children's amusement park themed "a green wonderland for children." Highlighting the concept of a "circular economy," the park also emphasizes the psychological features of children in its daily operation to create an environment that children love.

​Hongqiao Park in eastern Guangming District has its name deriving from the 4-kilometer-long elevated red path that has gained a reputation as "the most beautiful red ribbon."

Located on the north side of the city center, the park is home to fantastic mountain peaks, among which the three main peaks stand from east to west, resembling a penholder, hence the name of the park.
