Liantang Checkpoint records 20M passenger trips
The cumulative number of entries and exits by individuals at Liantang Checkpoint in Luohu District has surpassed 20 million since it opened for passenger use Feb. 6 last year, according to the checkpoint authority Tuesday. It has recorded 350,000 trips made by passenger cars and 1.53 million cargo trucks. The checkpoint opened to cargo trucks in August 2020.
